Brief:
To oversee the website design and daily management of the UK website for Three Mobile. This included actioning daily tasks to ensure the website was current and kept up to date with the versatile telecommunications sector.
Result:
The successful delivery and management of a functional e-commerce website accessed by thousands of users daily.

Wireframe and redesigning website for the University of Glasgow
Client:
University of Glasgow
Brief:
To research, plan and design a new internal website for the marketing intelligence team operating at the University of Glasgow.
Result:
Initial wireframe designs were approved by stakeholders before the final low-fidelity designs for the internal university website redesign were made available to the development team tasked with building the new site.

Brief:
To scope and design a streamlined airline ticket booking website as well as creating a functional high-fidelity prototype in order to demo an improved and efficient user journey.
Result:
The successful creation of a working prototype design that highlights a collection of user journey improvements from the current user experience.

Blog series for the Hilton Group
Client:
Hilton Group
Brief:
To research, plan and write a series of blog articles promoting specific Hilton Group hotels worldwide. The primary aim of the blog articles was to focus on promoting the hotel services as well as providing insights into the local area.
Result:
Successfully publishing a series of blog articles on the Hilton Group websites, promoting their hotels in locations including the USA and Scotland.

Designing content for the Scottish Government fraud reporting form
Client:
Scottish Government / Social Security Scotland
Brief:
To scope, plan, design and build an online form that gives the public the means to report suspected fraud activities happening in Scotland. This project was undertaken and completed as part of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018.
Result:
The successful deployment and publication of the first Scottish Government fraud reporting form, on time and within budget.

Writing humorous ‘Head of FIFA’ job advert for use across s1jobs channels
Client:
s1Jobs (Newsquest Media Group)
Brief:
At the height of the 2015 FIFA corruption scandal, I was tasked with creating a tongue-in-cheek job advert searching for the next President of FIFA, due to the recent resignation of Sepp Blatter. The job advert was to be humorous in tone and designed to promote s1jobs recruitment services during the upcoming 2015 Champions League Final.
Result:
The job advert was published on the s1jobs website as well as social media channels on the evening of the 2015 Champions League final, resulting in significant viewing, engagement and praise from different user groups.

Finding a new approach to help solve the e-bike problem in London
Client:
Transport for London (TFL) / University of the Arts London
Brief:
To research how e-bike services currently operate throughout the city of London and scope what improvements to the service will look like in practice.
Result:
Provided a list of comprehensive recommendations to Transport for London and e-bike operators on how to successfully improve e-bike services for both the public and e-bike users throughout the city of London.
